Foro MADCargo has renewed its board of directors after the elections in which Jesús Cuéllar has been re-elected at the head of the organization for a period of four years. The new board of directors is now made up of 14 active professionals with a proven track record, seven of whom are new recruits.

According to the organization, this circumstance allows "to face the renewal while maintaining the lines of action in the important projects that are underway". The objective is to rejuvenate the board, incorporating more women "reflecting their weight in the air cargo industry", and reflecting the "transversality" of the air cargo logistics chain.

Now, Foro MADCargo has three representatives from airlines/GSAs; another four from local freight forwarders; four more from multinational freight forwarders, and three from other areas of the air cargo chain.

During his speech at the assembly, Cuellar thanked the outgoing board members for "the important work carried out in recent years, which has made possible the expansion of the entity and the achievement of important goals for the recognition of the air cargo industry and the improvement of its competitiveness".

Cuellar also welcomed the new members, noting that they make up a team that is "very representative" of the currentair cargo industry .

Thus, the new board of directors of Foro MADCargo has been formed for the next four years by Jesús Cuéllar, president; Javier Arán, first vice-president; Rubén Mascaraque (secretary); and Elena Arribas, Gabino Diego, Regina Domínguez, Jesús Escolar, Juan Carlos Libreros, Cristina Martín, Alfredo Noguerales, Reyes Rodríguez, Ignacio Ruiz, Pedro Tierno and Álvaro Vilda, as vice-presidents.
