Foro MADCargo, representing the eleven signatories of the Manifesto for the Competitiveness of Air Cargo in Spain, met this morning in Madrid with Pilar Jurado, Director of the Customs and Excise Department, to convey the proposal made by the Working Group for the Follow-up of the Manifesto consisting of the constitution of the "Air Cargo Coordination Board".
